Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent NAKA.No.1589/2018/A1 dated 12.06.2019 and quash the same and direct the respondent to run the shop pursuant to the proceedings dated 07.02.2019.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the respondent dated 12.06.2019.

2. It is seen that in view of the interim order passed by this Court in WMP No.15219 of 2019, dated 04.06.2019, the impugned order has been passed by the respondent. That apart, the main writ petition in W.P.No.15234 of 2019 itself was dismissed by this Court, by an order dated 23.06.2022. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the respondent. Thus, the writ petition lacks merits and it is liable to be dismissed.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
