The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506(1) of IPC in Crime No.12 of 2025, seek anticipatory bail.

gv again, the petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Cr.No.Not known of 2025. They are innocent persons and have been falsely implicated in this case. They are in no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners were already arrested and released on bail in Cr.No.12 of 2025. Now, no other FIR is registered as against the petitioners.
