This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 18.05.2026 under Sections 296(b), 118(1), 351(3) and 324(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Sanhita Act, 2023 praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.

2. Mr. A. Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent Police on instructions submitted that the petitioner has been arrested and remanded in Crime No.46 of 2026 on 19.05.2026.
