O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial in C.C.469 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) for the respondent.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought by the petitioner, this Court directs the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur to dispose the trial in C.C.469 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
