ORDER

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to conduct the effective investigation pursuant to the petition receipt

in CSR No.131 of 2019 dated 01.04.2019 and consequently issue a NonTraceable Certificate to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent which was acknowledged vide CSR No.131 of 2019 dated 01.04.2018 and the same is still pending without any progress. 4.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of. No costs.
