This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to dispose the Appeal filed by the Petitioner on 02.04.2014 and the same was treated as Statutory Revision Petition on 30.09.2016 within a stipulated time as fix by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
