ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent and second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2023 seeking the necessary action against the Postal Department employees for filing the false police complaints against the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
