The Arbitration Application has been filed with a prayer to raise the order of attachment dated 06.03.2018 made in A.No.7409 of 2017, attaching the immovable property more fully described in the schedule to the judges summons and a copy of the order raising attachment be transmitted through the Subordinate court and communicated to Sub Registration District of Palladam.

2. Mr.N.Santhosh Nagarajan, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties themselves amicably, hence, he has filed the present application seeking for the aforesaid prayer.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and on being satisfied with the averments set out in the affidavit filed in support of this Application, this Court is inclined to allow the application.
