4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 421 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 02.08.2024 along with C.M.A.No.766 of 2023. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.J.Mahalingam, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3 at the time of admission.
