This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and shall appear before the Trichy Cantonment Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13054 of 2025 on 28.04.2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to stay at Trichy and report before the Trichy Cantonment Police Station everyday at 10.30 am, until further orders, is totally relaxed.
