ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The above Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the detenue/petitioner's daughter R.Varshini, aged 17 years, before this Court and hand over to the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the detenue has been secured and produced before the Magistrate.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Habeas Corpus Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4. In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
