This Writ Petition is heard through Video Conference on account of COVID-19 pandemic situation.

2. The Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner, challenging the order of cancellation of Lease Agreement passed by the second respondent dated 07.01.2014 in Lr. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.TACTV/ 2013 dated 7.1.2014.
