ORDER

Pursuant to my order dated 11.07.2025, directing the learned counsel for the petitioner to effect paper publication and the learned counsel has also effected paper publication in a Tamil daily viz., Dhina Boomi dated 1/4

13.07.2025, the respondent has not chosen to appear in person or through counsel. Even today, there is no appearance on the side of the respondent. Hence, the respondent is called and set ex-parte. I have proceeded to hear the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.It is seen from the affidavit filed in support of the transfer petition that the petitioner seeks withdrawal of O.S.No.24 of 2024 from the file of the Principal Family Court, Chengalpattu to the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with M.C.No.602 of 2024. 3.Considering that there is a connected proceedings pending before the Additional Family Court, Chennai and also in view of the inconvenience expressed by the petitioner, I am inclined to transfer the proceedings as prayed for.

4.In the light of the above, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the case in O.S.No.24 of 2024 is directed to be withdrawn from the file of the Principal Family Court, Chengalpattu and transferred to the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with 2/4

M.C.No.602 of 2024. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
