This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 1/4

18.05.2026 under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.

2. Mr. A. Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent-Police submitted that petition enquiry in CSR No.2703/2025 was conducted and closed on 10.12.2025. He further submitted that no case has been registered against the petitioner herein. The above submission is recorded.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the petitioner has no reasonable apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent Police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as 'not maintainable'.
