Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2020 seeking to restore the patta of the petitioner's lands comprised in S.Nos.100/6 now (100/6B), 100/8, 96/4 and 102/4 having an extents of 0.37.0, 0.11.0, 0.03.0 and 0.06.0 Hectares respectively situated in korati Village, Tirupattur Taluk. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner on 21.09.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for restoration of patta with respect to the subject property in his name. 2.Mr.Mani Gopi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the second respondent has already called the parties for enquiry on 15.12.2020 at 04.00 p.m. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the second respondent has already called the parties for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conduct the enquiry, after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and respondents 3 to 5 and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
