Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for an issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in connection with the order passed by him in his proceedings in G.O.(D) No.220 Animal Husbandry & Fisheries (AH1) Department, dated 30/11/2012 and G.O.(D) No.45 Animal Husbandry & Fisheries (AH1) Department dated 07/02/2014 and quash the same and direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Additional Director of Animal Husbandry with effect from the date of promotion given to his Junior, namely, K.Elangovan with effect from 1.4.12 notionally with all monetary and service benefits For Petitioner : Mr.V.Dinesh for Mr.L.Chandrakumar For Respondents : M/s.R.L.Karthika Government Advocate.
