Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records from the first respondent in respect of charge memo dated 17.10.2018 under Sec.17(b) and quash the same.

ORDER

The petitioner has been issued a charge memo dated 17.10.2008. After, the disciplinary proceedings has been initiated it has not been proceeded. Further, in view of the criminal proceedings against the petitioner. Since the department has already issued a charge memo, the respondents are directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings preferably within a period of six months in any event within a period of nine months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order.
