This application has been filed to permit the applicants to amend the Schedule B of the Original Petition so as to include the description of the Residential Flat described in the schedule.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the application is ordered as prayed for. The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carry out necessary amendment within a period of two (2) weeks.
