ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every day at 6.30 P.M., until further orders imposed by this Court dated 29.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.10947 of 2026 in Cr.No.25 of 2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent/police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly for a period of 20 days.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and in view of the substantial compliance, this Court is inclined to relax the Condition No.4 (b) imposed on the petitioners in toto.
