Mr.V.Subramaniam, No.167, Chinna Bargur Road, Bargur- 635 104.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to execute the warrant of arrest (non-bailable) issued in Calendar Case No.968 of 2012 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-III, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 015 against the accused.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the second respondent and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. S.Reghu Raman, the second respondent is directed to surrender before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.III, Saidapet, Chennai, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such surrender, the warrant shall be recalled and he shall be released on bail on the same day on he executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each along with two sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.

The second respondent shall also give an undertaking that he will not adopt any dilatory tactics during trial and that he will co-operate with the trial. If the second respondent absconds during trial, a fresh FIR can be registered against him under Section 229-A IPC.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
