..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the Superintendent pertaining to its order bearing P.R.No.25/K1/91 dated 17.02.1993 and quash the same as illegal arbitrary and unenforceable,consequently direct the respondents to revoke his Removal from Service and to settle his pensionary benefits and other benefits entitled to the petitioner for the period of service rendered without insisting to produce the retirement order within time frame stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
