This writ petition has been filed to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent in 1/4

order dated 10.08.2014 issued with respect to the petitioner and published on its website, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to appoint the petitioner against the vacancy that arose in the P.G.Assistant post during the year 2012-13.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
