This petition has been filed to direct the IV Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of OP.No.2007 of 2022.
2. Pursuant to my order dated 11.06.2025, the learned IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai has forwarded his report to the Registry of this Court in D.No.3118/2025, dated 30.06.2025 , requesting three months time to dispose of the suit in HMOP.No.2007 of 2022 pending on its file.

3. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
4. Recording the said report of the learned Judge, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed with a direction to the learned Additonal Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the HMOP.No.2007 of 2022 on or before 26.09.2025. No costs.

At the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter has been taken up today under the caption "Being Mentioned".
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner brings to my notice that the learned IV Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai by Report dated 30.06.2025, has sought for two weeks time to dispose of HMOP No.2007 of 2022. However, while disposing of the revision based on the said request of the learned IV Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, time for conclusion of the proceedings has been erroneously mentioned as 26.09.2025 instead of "26.07.2025."
3. In the view of the above, the last line of Paragraph No.4 of the order dated 03.07.2025 shall read as "on or before 26.07.2025". No costs.
4. In all other aspects, the order passed by this Court dated 03.07.2025 stands unaltered.
5. Registry is directed to issue fresh copy.
