ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 306 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.105 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the father of deceased namely Vennila. The petitioners along with other accused persons came to defacto complainant's house and shouted at the defacto complainant's deceased daughter and assaulted her for sheltering the couple Santhosh and Keerthika in her house. Due to which, the defacto complainant's daughter said Vennila consumed Rat poison and got admitted at the hospital and died though effective treatment was given. Hence the case was lodged by the defactocomplainant against the petitioners. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advoctae submitted that the investigation is pending. Hence he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
