PRAYER: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent relating to the impugned order dated 20.12.2013 bearing Ref.No. PY-01/BAJSS/FCC/1314/118 and quash the same and consequently reinstate the petitioner into service as Counselor with all backwages and arrears of salary with 18% interest from the dates on which the amount became due till date disbursement.
