This application has been filed to permit the applicant/plaintiff to amend the valuation of the suit schedule property in petition and affidavit of assets from Rs.3,50,57,000/- to Rs.35,05,700/- wherever it appears.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Post the main suit before the Master Court, for recording evidence on 25.07.2023.
