ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to issue him passport based on his application , dated 14.08.2012 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
