Company Application No.204 of 2019 in Company Petition No.372 of 2013 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J., This Company Application is filed seeking the following reliefs: (a) to take this report on record;

(b) to pass an order ratifying the action of the Official Liquidator in appointing Shri.P.Ulaganathan, Advocate for representing the Official Liquidator in the applications filed in C.A.No.126-130 of 2019 and also in all the matters pertaining to M/s.Zylog Systems Limited (under liquidation) pursuant to Rule 307 read with Rule 9 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959;

(c) to permit the Official Liquidator to appoint any other counsel to represent him in any other matter before various courts.

2. The learned Official Liquidator has annexed a Report dated 03.07.2019 along with this Application and this Court has perused the same.
