ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2024 and to provide an opportunity to the petitioner to participate in the auction, scheduled to be conducted on 13.07.2022.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the auction was already completed and the 6th respondent herein was declared as the successful bidder. Therefore, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous and thus, he prays for dismissal of this petition.

3. Therefore, by recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the auction proceedings, he is granted liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No cost.
