This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners is directed to appear before respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11556 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, petitioner had observed the condition only from 25.05.2023 till 27.06.2023 and thereafter, he did not comply the condition.

3. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition in Crl.O.P.No.11556 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed 25.07.2023 gd 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
