Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.7142/A1/2013 dated 12.08.2014 and quash the same insofar as the petitioners are concerned and direct the respondents to confer all the consequential benefits to the petitioner. COMMON ORDER These writ petitions are filed challenging the order dated 12.08.2014 passed by the second respondent, ordering for recovery of the amount in respect of the laptops, which were found missing from the petitioner's school.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pending the writ petitions, the laptops have been recovered and therefore, the respondents themselves withdrawn the order of recovery. Therefore, the relief sough for in these writ petitions has become infructuous. She also makes necessary endorsement in the Court bundle. 3.
Recording the said submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, both the Writ Petitions stand dismissed as infructuous.
