By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to issue patta to the petitioner by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2023.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made representation before the second respondent to issue patta for his property in Survey No.39, measuring an extent of 1.34 acres, situated at Battavarapalli Village, Bellathur Post, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. However, the same has not been considered by the second respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 2/5

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
