J U D G M E N T

(delivered by K.K. SASIDHARAN,J.) The appellants have filed this intra court appeal challenging the judgment and decree, dated 20 October 2009 in C.S.No.970 of 2000.

2. During the currency of the intra court appeal, the parties have settled the matter, in and by which, the appellants have agreed to pay a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen lakhs only) to the respondents 1 to 3. Both the parties appeared before us and confirmed the factum of settlement.

3. The parties have filed a Memorandum of Compromise, dated 5 January 2017 indicating the terms and conditions of the settlement. As per the settlement, the appellants have paid a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- to the respondents 1 to 3, by way of Demand Drafts.

4. The Original Side Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise. The Memorandum of Compromise, dated 5 January 2017 shall form part of the decree. No costs.
