While granting bail, this Court has imposed condition on the petitioner to stay away from the place of occurrence (Tirukovilur) and to report before Triplicane Police Station daily.

Learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) states that the petitioner has complied the condition till 01.07.2023. The petitioner now seeks modification of the condition.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, the condition is modified to report before I.O., every Monday, until further orders.
