ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 04.05.2024 to forbear the respondents from making constructions in Survey No.575/2 in Pudupeerkadavu Village in Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents, as on date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2024 will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of 8 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2024, after issuing due notice and affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as aggrieved parties if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
