The above petitions are filed to condone the delay of 953 days in filing the application for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the Sole Appellant and to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 as appellants 2 to 4, being the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

2. The respondents have no objection to the same and accordingly the petitions are ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment.
