This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders of rectification of the measurements and the boundaries of the property consisting of all that piece and parcel of land and building comprised in Survey Nos. 43/18A4 and 43/3F7 admeasuring an extent of 1.28 Ares and 3 Ares respectively totally measuring an extent of 4.28 Ares situated in No.58, Thozhuthavakkam Village, Tiruvallur Taluk, Tiruvallur District in the Field Measure Book.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 05.07.2021 to the respondents with a request to rectification of measurement and boundaries in the subject property, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the second respondent to 2/4

consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
