The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the appeal suit in A.S.No.18 of 2011 itself disposed of on 16.04.2018 itself, and hence the prayer sought for in this present petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in the present civil revision petition. 3.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infrustuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
