Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent, did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is allowed. 27.07.2023 vum Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the Criminal Appeal on 11.08.2023.
