C O M M O N O R D E R W.P.No.19541 of 2023 has been filed to direct the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 07.05.2023 submitted with request to revoke the order of suspension passed by the 4th Respondent in his letter No.--/2012/Kolivakkam, Va.No.--, dated 29.07.2012 and consequently direct the Respondents to sanction/grant the pay and substances allowances along with its arrears to the Petitioner.

2.W.P.No.19612 of 2023 has been filed to direct the Respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated in Na.Ka.No.910/2012/B1, dated 24.10.2013 by the third Respondent and pass final orders by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 07.05.2023 submitted with request to rejoin into service as Panchayat Clerk at the office of 4th Respondent Panchayat. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the Petitioner to consider his representation dated 07.05.2023, the Respondents are directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 07.05.2023 and conclude the disciplinary proceedings within a period of three months from the date of 3/6

receipt of a copy of this order.
