These petitions have been filed to condone the delay in filing the petitions to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first and second respondents, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first and second respondents and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first and second respondents.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

3.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the above Civil Revision Petition.
