O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2014 and thereby directing the respondents to issue patta in respect of the property situated at Punjai Survey No.52/2T, 52/2S and 52/2R to an extent of 0.80.0 hectares (i.e.) 2 acres of land at Page 1/3

Mugundharayapuram Village, Wallajah Taluk, Vellore District in the name of the petitioner.

2.Mr.B.Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given the representation as early as on 24.03.2014, the 4th respondent has not passed any order so far.

3.Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent may be directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance with law within a time frame.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2014 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
