Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.T.

RAMADEVI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 02.08.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3.In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 02.08.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner should appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30.a.m. till the filing of charge sheet. All other conditions remain unaltered.
