The above application is filed to condone the delay of 38 days in filing the application to set aside the order dated 19.04.2023 dismissing the suit for non prosecution and restore the suit to the file.

2. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the application to condone the delay. Accordingly, the delay is condoned.
