2.Today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner neither in person nor through counsel. Inspite of the matter being listed

under the caption 'for dismissal'. This shows that the counsel is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Court has no other way except to dismiss the same as non-prosecution. 3.Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
