(made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) An interesting question is raised, but the same need not be addressed. The petitioner says that the petitioner has no further claim and, as such there is no need for the petitioner to approach the second respondent-Ombudsman, or to require the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
assistance of a legal practitioner before such quasi-judicial authority.
2. W.P.No.3450 of 2014 is disposed of without addressing the legal issue raised as to whether a person carrying a claim before the ombudsman can obtain legal assistance in such forum. There is no order as to costs.
