ORDER

The petitioner's Customs Broker License was suspended. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed W.P.No.15347 of 2026. This Court granted interim stay in WMP.No.16560 of 2026. The interim stay was in the following terms:

"5.In view of the fact that a prima facie has been made out, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to keep all further proceedings in abeyance, pursuant to the impugned order till 27.04.2026. Learned Standing Counsel shall intimate the same to the officer."

2. The respondent has chosen to interpret the interim order to mean that there will not be any further adverse action and that the petitioner's account will not be restored.

3. I modify the earlier interim order granted by this Court. I make it clear that the suspension imposed on the petitioner will stands stayed in toto. In other words, the earlier interim order granted to the petitioner is modified in his favour. The respondent is directed to restore and activate the petitioner's Customs Broker licence.
