2. When the matter was listed for hearing on 05.06.2026, there was no representation for the petitioners, hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 23.06.2026 (i.e.,) today.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, it is clear and evident that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
