Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned notice in Na.Ka.590/2018 Po.Vi.Thi dated 5.7.2018 issued by the first respondent herein and quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

In view of the order of suspension issued by the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies in proceedings dated 2.8.2018, the writ petition filed challenging the show cause notice became infructuous and accordingly, the writ petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stands dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
