2. The learned Government Advocate submits that Jarugu lake is situated in S.No.174/1. The same is encroached by some other person and not by respondent Nos.5 and 6. The respondent Nos.5 and 6 are in S.No.174/2 and patta is issued to them. Steps are being taken to remove the encroachment in Jarugu lake in S.No.174/1.
